Almost-loop walk of 5.2 km between Roccamorice and Pretoro, almost flat (+0 m): about 1 h 15 min of walking. Waymarked CAI hiking trail. After the walk: wine tasting at Cingilia (8.4 km) and lunch at La Grotta dei Raselli in Guardiagrele (7.6 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From Sulmona: about 30 min (22 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
