The walk
6.7 km out-and-back walk near Pretoro, up to Madonna della Mazza, 397 m of total ascent: about 2 h 30 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 755 and 998 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Cingilia (9.2 km) and lunch at La Grotta dei Raselli in Guardiagrele (5.6 km).
