The walk
5.1 km out-and-back walk between Roccamorice and Abbateggio, up to Sentiero CP3, almost flat (+13 m): about 1 h 15 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 784 and 800 m above sea level. Along the way: Eremo di San Bartolomeo in Legio. After the walk: wine tasting at Cingilia (8.9 km) and lunch at La Grotta dei Raselli in Guardiagrele (12.0 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.
