Almost-loop walk of 5.2 km between Caramanico Terme and Abbateggio, 182 m of total ascent: about 1 h 45 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads. After the walk: wine tasting at Cingilia (9.0 km) and lunch at La Grotta dei Raselli in Guardiagrele (12.9 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
