Along the way: Santuario di Nostra Signora del Mirteto and Chiesa di San Lorenzo. After the walk: wine tasting at La Carreccia (0.2 km) and lunch at Da Fiorella in Luni (1.3 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From La Spezia: about 25 min (17 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
