4.5 km out-and-back walk between Castelmagno and Marmora, up to Colle del Vallonetto, bivio CNAR55, CNAS07, 278 m of total ascent: about 1 h 45 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 2155 and 2415 m above sea level. After the walk: lunch at Lou Pitavin in Marmora (6.4 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From Cuneo: about 50 min (35 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
