The walk
6.5 km out-and-back walk between Castelmagno and Marmora, up to Colle Intersile, bivio CNAR21-CNAS23-CNAS29, 367 m of total ascent: about 2 h 30 min of walking. Waymarked CAI hiking trail, between 2365 and 2552 m above sea level. After the walk: lunch at Lou Pitavin in Marmora (5.3 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

By car
From Cuneo: about 45 min (32 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
Take a train to Cuneo, then a regional bus or a taxi for the last stretch. Our link plans the whole trip with Google Maps public transport.
