The walk
6.3 km out-and-back walk near Lecco, up to Monte Magnodeno, innesto percorso 927, 155 m of total ascent: about 2 h of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 515 and 682 m above sea level. After the walk: lunch at Sali e Tabacchi in Mandello del Lario (10.4 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From Bergamo: about 40 min (26 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
