The walk
Almost-loop walk of 3.2 km near Moiola, 370 m of total ascent: about 2 h of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads, between 673 and 976 m above sea level. After the walk: lunch at Locanda del Falco in Valdieri (3.0 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.

From Cuneo: about 20 min (15 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
