The walk
4.7 km out-and-back walk between Frascineto and Civita, up to Colle Marcione, 346 m of total ascent: about 2 h of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 942 and 1223 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Cervinago - Azienda biologica (5.9 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From Sapri: about 1 h 30 min (60 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
