The walk
6.7 km out-and-back walk between Invorio and Arona, up to Montrigiasco bivio VA6, 351 m of total ascent: about 2 h 30 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads. Along the way: Montrigiasco. After the walk: wine tasting at Cascina Piano (5.6 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.

From Stresa: about 20 min (14 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
