5.9 km out-and-back walk near Sora, up to Intersezione Percorso 624B - Sentiero delle Grotte, 424 m of total ascent: about 2 h 30 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 695 and 930 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at il Vecchio Poggio (6.2 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.
