The walk
5.9 km out-and-back walk between Campitello di Fassa and Castelrotto, up to Rifugio Sassopiatto (bivio 557 - 594), 468 m of total ascent: about 2 h 45 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 1862 and 2305 m above sea level. After the walk: lunch at Ciasa dò Parè in Soraga (10.7 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.
