The walk
6.5 km out-and-back walk between Vaglia and Borgo San Lorenzo, up to Monte Senario, 212 m of total ascent: about 2 h of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 709 and 897 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Caprandole di Thomas Colella (9.6 km) and lunch at Antica Porta di Levante in Vicchio (9.8 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.
