The walk
7.7 km out-and-back walk , up to Terme della Salvarola, almost flat (+94 m): about 2 h of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads. After the walk: wine tasting at Cantina del Frignano (8.9 km) and lunch at Badessa in Casalgrande (9.6 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.

From Modena: about 25 min (18 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
