The walk
5.2 km out-and-back walk between Mentana and Monterotondo, up to Via Basento Mentana, almost flat (+80 m): about 1 h 30 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads. After the walk: lunch at Li Somari Trattoria Fuori Porta in Tivoli (14.0 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
