4.0 km loop between Ospedaletti and Seborga, 162 m of total ascent: about 1 h 15 min of walking. Waymarked CAI hiking trail, between 242 and 1037 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Maccario Dringenberg (4.3 km) and lunch at A Viassa in Dolceacqua (6.6 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From Sanremo: about 5 min (5 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
