The walk
4.6 km loop near Norcia, 140 m of total ascent: about 1 h 30 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads, between 602 and 746 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Il Colle del Corsicano (9.1 km) and lunch at Osteria del Castello in Arquata del Tronto (14.8 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
