Almost-loop walk of 3.4 km near Matelica, 320 m of total ascent: about 1 h 45 min of walking. Waymarked CAI hiking trail, between 688 and 911 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Gagliardi (4.4 km) and lunch at Osteria SanBiagio in Fabriano (12.5 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

By train and bus
