The walk
6.6 km out-and-back walk , up to Cascate del Rutor, 244 m of total ascent: about 2 h 15 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 2065 and 2221 m above sea level. Along the way: Cascate del Rutor. After the walk: wine tasting at Brunet Piero Morgex Aosta (9.4 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From Aosta: about 40 min (28 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
