The walk
7.2 km loop between Viano and Casina, 400 m of total ascent: about 2 h 45 min of walking. Waymarked CAI hiking trail, between 356 and 629 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Barbaterre (9.8 km) and lunch at Arrogant Pub in Reggio nell’Emilia (16.4 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

By train and bus
