The walk
7.3 km out-and-back walk between Cecima and Ponte Nizza, up to Serra del Monte, 378 m of total ascent: about 2 h 30 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 481 and 630 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Poggio Paolo di Matteo Poggio (2.7 km) and lunch at Buscone in Varzi (10.5 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

By train and bus
