7.4 km out-and-back walk between Grottaferrata and Monte Porzio Catone, up to Monte Tuscolo, 347 m of total ascent: about 2 h 30 min of walking. Waymarked CAI hiking trail, between 359 and 663 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Azienda biologica De Sanctis (0.4 km) and lunch at ’Na Fojetta in Frascati (0.4 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

By car
From Rome: about 25 min (19 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
