The walk
4.3 km out-and-back walk near Fosdinovo, up to Sentiero 290, 286 m of total ascent: about 1 h 45 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 375 and 619 m above sea level. Along the way: Tendola and Museo audiovisivo della Resistenza. After the walk: wine tasting at La Quinta Terra (1.5 km) and lunch at La Burlanda in Fosdinovo (2.8 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

By car
From La Spezia: about 25 min (18 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
