The walk
6.1 km out-and-back walk near Fosdinovo, 435 m of total ascent: about 2 h 30 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads. Along the way: Marciaso and Posterla. After the walk: wine tasting at Cantina Boriassi (4.5 km) and lunch at La Burlanda in Fosdinovo (6.3 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.

From La Spezia: about 30 min (21 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
