8.0 km out-and-back walk between Mugnano del Cardinale and Baiano, up to Castello Cisterna, 406 m of total ascent: about 2 h 45 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads. After the walk: wine tasting at Ciro Picariello (8.7 km) and lunch at Hosteria Le Gourmet in Sperone (3.1 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
