The walk
5.9 km out-and-back walk between Fiuminata and Esanatoglia, 346 m of total ascent: about 2 h 15 min of walking. Waymarked CAI hiking trail, between 719 and 933 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Borgo Paglianetto (8.2 km) and lunch at Osteria SanBiagio in Fabriano (13.9 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From Assisi: about 45 min (32 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
