The walk
5.0 km loop between Sutri and Bassano Romano, almost flat (+85 m): about 1 h 30 min of walking. Waymarked CAI hiking trail. After the walk: wine tasting at Cantina Morichelli (4.6 km) and lunch at Trattoria del Cimino in Caprarola (10.9 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From Viterbo: about 35 min (25 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
