The walk
7.1 km out-and-back walk between Comune di Sgonico and Comune di Duino Aurisina, up to Bivio sentiero n. 045 – Zona Drnovice (quota 308 m), 150 m of total ascent: about 2 h of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads. After the walk: wine tasting at Bajta Salež (0.4 km) and lunch at Antica Trattoria Menarosti in Trieste (11.4 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
