The walk
6.7 km out-and-back walk between Spigno Saturnia and Esperia, up to Monte Forte, 276 m of total ascent: about 2 h 15 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 998 and 1267 m above sea level. Along the way: Monte Forte. After the walk: lunch at Lo Stuzzichino in Campodimele (12.4 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.
