The walk
5.7 km out-and-back walk between Itri and Formia, up to Sella di Monte Ruazzo, 371 m of total ascent: about 2 h 15 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 816 and 1146 m above sea level. After the walk: lunch at Lo Stuzzichino in Campodimele (10.1 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.
