The walk
5.1 km out-and-back walk , up to Morges, 214 m of total ascent: about 1 h 45 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 982 and 1166 m above sea level. Along the way: Castello di Châtelard. After the walk: wine tasting at Pavese e figli (1.0 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

By car
From Aosta: about 30 min (20 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
