The walk
5.7 km out-and-back walk near Sale delle Langhe, up to Presso Arbi, bivio AB22-C202, 279 m of total ascent: about 2 h of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 490 and 727 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Cantina Magliano (6.2 km) and lunch at Da Vittorio in Nucetto (6.4 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From Alba: about 50 min (33 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
