7.1 km out-and-back walk near La Spezia, up to Biassa, 496 m of total ascent: about 3 h of walking. Waymarked hiking trail. After the walk: wine tasting at Cerrolungo (2.8 km) and lunch at La Burlanda in Fosdinovo (16.8 km).
