4.2 km out-and-back walk , up to Frazione Vigoponzo, bivio ALA133-ALA139, almost flat (+113 m): about 1 h 15 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads. After the walk: wine tasting at Cascina Bandiera – Az.Agricola di Lina Rigo e Andrea Ferratini (3.5 km) and lunch at Buscone in Varzi (14.4 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
