The walk
4.3 km out-and-back walk between Bolano and Podenzana, up to Percorso 281, 146 m of total ascent: about 1 h 15 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads. After the walk: wine tasting at Il Monticello (8.3 km) and lunch at La Burlanda in Fosdinovo (10.2 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.

From La Spezia: about 15 min (10 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
