The walk
5.4 km out-and-back walk near Malonno, up to Innesto Sentiero 195, 435 m of total ascent: about 2 h 30 min of walking. Waymarked CAI hiking trail, between 1173 and 1609 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Cantina Carona (8.5 km) and lunch at Al Resù in Lozio (19.2 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From Sondrio: about 50 min (34 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
