The walk
Almost-loop walk of 3.2 km near Bellagio, 359 m of total ascent: about 2 h of walking. Waymarked CAI hiking trail, between 305 and 648 m above sea level. Along the way: Villa Orlando. After the walk: lunch at Sali e Tabacchi in Mandello del Lario (8.0 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From Como: about 35 min (22 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
