The walk
6.0 km out-and-back walk between Biella and Pralungo, up to Bivio BIAD03-BIAD04 presso Santuario di Oropa, 408 m of total ascent: about 2 h 30 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 714 and 1077 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Castello di Montecavallo (8.7 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

By train and bus
