7.0 km out-and-back walk between Corte Brugnatella and Coli, up to Costiere, 418 m of total ascent: about 2 h 30 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads, between 828 and 1044 m above sea level. After the walk: lunch at Buscone in Varzi (17.5 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
