The walk
7.2 km out-and-back walk , up to Alpe Mont Giron, 191 m of total ascent: about 2 h 15 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 599 and 803 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Les Granges s.s. agr (8.7 km) and lunch at Al Maniero in Issogne (9.1 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From Aosta: about 35 min (22 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
