The walk
4.5 km out-and-back walk between Reggio Calabria and Santo Stefano in Aspromonte, up to Nardello, 312 m of total ascent: about 1 h 45 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads, between 1455 and 1764 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Azienda Nesci (5.4 km) and lunch at Il Tipico Calabrese in Cardeto (11.2 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
