The walk
Almost-loop walk of 4.1 km between Gorga and Sgurgola, 380 m of total ascent: about 2 h of walking. Waymarked CAI hiking trail. After the walk: wine tasting at Colacicchi (9.0 km) and lunch at Nu’ Trattoria Italiana dal 1960 in Acuto (14.2 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.

From Frosinone: about 25 min (17 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
