7.1 km out-and-back walk between Sambuci and Saracinesco, up to Saracinesco, 490 m of total ascent: about 3 h of walking. Waymarked CAI hiking trail, between 477 and 836 m above sea level. Along the way: Chiesa di Santa Croce, Castello Theodoli and Chiesa di San Pietro. After the walk: lunch at Li Somari Trattoria Fuori Porta in Tivoli (12.1 km).
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.
