7.2 km out-and-back walk between Polinago and Prignano sulla Secchia, up to Casa Matteazzi, 322 m of total ascent: about 2 h 30 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads, between 499 and 740 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Cantina del Frignano (7.0 km) and lunch at Il Cantacucco in Zocca (18.6 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
