7.4 km out-and-back walk near Sampeyre, up to Sampeyre, presso Meira del Pian, bivio CNAU01, CNAU43, 440 m of total ascent: about 2 h 45 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 1411 and 1559 m above sea level. After the walk: lunch at Reis Cibo Libero di Montagna in Busca (11.3 km).
