The walk
7.2 km out-and-back walk near Rocca Canterano, up to Prato Marano, 390 m of total ascent: about 2 h 30 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads, between 699 and 895 m above sea level. After the walk: wine tasting at Riccardi Reale (8.2 km) and lunch at Sora Maria e Arcangelo in Olevano Romano (10.8 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.
