The walk
6.6 km out-and-back walk between Regione Autonoma Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol and Caldaro, 241 m of total ascent: about 2 h 15 min of walking. Easy paths and dirt roads. After the walk: wine tasting at Soelva Andi (0.1 km) and lunch at Nerina in Romeno (11.7 km).
Easy path (grade T): wide tracks and short climbs, trainers are fine in dry weather.

From Bolzano: about 20 min (13 km as the crow flies). Most trailheads have roadside parking or a small car park in the nearest village.
By train and bus
