The walk
6.3 km out-and-back walk , up to Sotto Frua bivio G00, 379 m of total ascent: about 2 h 15 min of walking. Waymarked CAI hiking trail, between 1302 and 1545 m above sea level. Along the way: Canza and Grovella.
Waymarked hiking trail (grade E): paths and dirt roads, good walking shoes are enough.
