5.9 km out-and-back walk near Amatrice, up to Bivio Salaria vecchia Località Conche, 319 m of total ascent: about 2 h 15 min of walking. Waymarked hiking trail, between 857 and 910 m above sea level. Along the way: Lago di Scandarello. After the walk: lunch at Osteria del Castello in Arquata del Tronto (11.6 km).
